Hi beauties! I’m so glad you’re here! Think of this platform as a place where you can come to and feel supported and inspired. 

Mindful Loving Project has been my personal journey of self-love and mindful self-awareness. It’s practices and philosophy have saved me from myself—I kid you not. You see, our mind is a powerful tool, and most of the time it’s running it’s own show, with no director in charge. This is why we do things that we end up regretting or repeat patterns that give us the same results. It’s why we stay stuck in the same job, or with the same type of partner, or same type of friends or with a bank account we’d rather avoid checking. It’s why our life just doesn’t seem to get better, no matter what external changes we make. And you can imagine the self-loathing that’s involved when we feel as though nothing is giving…it’s extremely self-defeating. I know, because I’ve been there.

I’m here to tell you that it’s not you. YOU are perfect, YOU are limitless energy, YOU are the Universal source itself, YOU are abundance, YOU are in charge of your destiny. 

…The issue here isn’t you, it’s your thinking.

My life’s purpose has been to teach, counsel and challenge people about this fundamental truth. That with practicing Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, we can make our minds work for us rather than the other way around. I’ve used these uplifting practices in my work as a Psychotherapist with youth and adults, and am now dedicating myself full-time to Mindset Coaching, in which I collaboratively work with clients, just like you, in creating a mindset that will support your unique desires and bring about outcomes that you actually want!
